  • Acupuncture Services - Vancouver, BC

    Lynn Plautz

R.Ac., RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist), Advanced BBTRS Facilitator

    My Rest Acupuncture Services

I’m a dedicated and passionate professional in the field of holistic wellness and personal growth. My approach combines my knowledge in Western Medicine (as a Respiratory Therapist) and Eastern Medicine (as an Acupuncturist) with other modalities, such as mindfulness, meditation, and breath work, to create a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing.

I believe in the innate wisdom of the body and work collaboratively with my clients to support their healing and personal growth. I am trauma-informed and psychedelically informed. I have been told that my empathetic and compassionate nature creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to heal.

  • Couples and Family Counsellor

    Ishtar Beck, M.A., RCC

    couples & family counsellor

My specialties are holistic individual counselling and systemic relationship counselling. In individual work, depth psychology ways of thinking and relating support my offerings. In relationship work, my strength-based structured approach facilitates conversations and teaches communication skills for increased understanding and emotional connection for couples. Monogamous and non-monogamous (open, polyamorous) folks are welcome, as are parents, stepfamilies, and folx seeking to heal, grow, and foster well-being.

  • Ashleigh Wallace, M.A. RCC

I prioritize the therapeutic relationship first and foremost, meeting you where you are at with non-judgment. I see you, the self-described oddballs, black sheep, socially anxious, ADHD identifying, artistic and wildly silly individual who refuses to be defined by societal expectations. I invite you to connect with me.

  • Andrea Sentesy MA, RCC

    A warm welcome to you!

I hope this space offers you a sense of who I am not only as a professional therapist, but also as a fellow human being. I encourage you to reach out if you are struggling. If I am not the right fit for you, I will support you to find someone that is. No one needs to suffer alone.
